Ability Score Increase:
Your Charisma Score Increases by 2. Your Dexterity increases by 1.
Age:
Fey are semi-immortal, they will live forever unless killed in battle or by sickness.
Alignment:
Fey can be of any alignment, but tend towards chaotic ones.
Size:
Fey are medium creatures, roughly in the range of the size of a human, though they can vary more, some are shorter, some taller.
Speed:
Base Walking Speed is 30 ft.
Darkvision:
They have darkvision out to 60ft.
Keen Senses:
Fey get proficiency in the Perception skill.
Fey Ancestry:
You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.
Trance:
Fey don't need to sleep like a normal mortal, they require only a short rest of 4 hours or so.
Languages:
Fey speak Common and Sylvan. They also gain one other language of their choice, Elvish is a popular one.
Innate Spellcasting:
You can cast one cantrip of the illusion or enchantment school at first level. You gain an additional one at 10th level.
You gain the ability to cast the following spells using your fey spell slots. You can pick one spell from the following list. You gain an additional spell at levels 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. You must reach the specified level in parenthesis to cast the spell.
You have one Fey spell slot at 1st level. At levels 5 and 9 you gain an additional one. These are separate from all other spell slots you may have and can only be used to cast these special spells.

You can choose the same spell twice provided it's a 1st level choice, if you do so you get the ability to cast that spell at will. However casting the spell multiple times on the same target causes the target to gain advantage on saves on further castings of that spell.
