Items: Paper with a bounty on it, Traveler's clothes, Chain (10 ft.), 10 gold
Skill: Proficiency: Survival, Intimidation
Language: one extra (a bounty hunter has to talk to a lot of different people?)
It's all super preliminary and except the skills I think those really fit a bounty hunter. He would have to track (survival), and get information out of people somehow (Intimidation/persuasion)
